Corey Crowder's "Gold and the Sand"

People tell Covington-based musician Corey Crowder that his career would be doing even better if he were playing 30 years ago. Crowder's folk/rock sound is influenced by his upbringing on Allman Brothers and Hank Williams. But there's plenty of contemporary touch in the vein of say, John Mayer, to make his music approachable to today's audience. Crowder's lastest release is called Gold and the Sand. He joined Georgia Gazette host Rickey Bevington in the studio to discuss the album.
